We start by understanding your clinic, goals, and current challenges. During our first session we review your positioning, marketing, consultation process, offers, and patient journey to identify what is working well and where the biggest growth opportunities exist.
Together we create a clear strategy for your clinic. This includes refining your positioning, improving consultation structure, strengthening treatment offers, and identifying the marketing priorities that will generate more consistent enquiries and higher value clients.
Through regular coaching sessions we work together to implement the strategy inside your clinic. Your monthly coaching time can be used for strategy, campaign planning, marketing reviews, automation support, patient journey development, and refining the systems that drive long term growth.
Initial commitment of 3 months, after which the programme continues on a rolling basis with 30 days’ notice required to cancel. Payments are made on the 1st of each month and include the allocated coaching hours for your chosen programme. Please note a 2.5% fee applies to card payments and 10% GST is added where applicable.
Flexible Support
$399 per hour
One-to-one strategy sessions tailored to your clinic. This can include marketing strategy, consultation improvements, patient journey optimisation, automation and systems support, campaign planning, troubleshooting, or general business guidance. Ideal for clinics who want expert input on specific areas without committing to an ongoing coaching programme.
ClinicOS Implementation Support
$1,999 per 10 hours
Dedicated support time to help implement and improve the systems that drive growth within your clinic. This can include building automations, setting up CRM pipelines, improving lead management processes, campaign setup, marketing system optimisation, and ClinicOS configuration. Support can also be used for troubleshooting, refining marketing workflows, improving patient journeys, and implementing the strategies developed during coaching sessions. Ideal for clinics who want hands-on help building and improving their marketing systems, automations, and operational processes without committing to a monthly programme.
