What do I actually get?

A login to the ABC Learning Hub with a growing library of free workbooks, organised into five modules. Each one is a 16 page printable PDF with the scripts and templates on the page and an action plan at the back. New ones are added every month and you keep access to all of them.
Who is it for?

Owners and managers of aesthetic, cosmetic and skin clinics in Australia and New Zealand. Most of it travels fine to the UK too. The compliance workbooks are the exception because they are written around Australian rules.
What happens after I sign up?

You get a login for the ABC Learning Hub by email and text within a couple of minutes. A week later we send a short check in to see how you are going and whether anything is missing. You can reply to either, a real person reads them.
Can my team use it too?

Please do. The workbooks are designed to be printed and handed to the front desk, your nurses or your manager. If they want their own login, they can sign up on this page as well.
Do I need ClinicOS or a coaching plan?

No. The workbooks work with whatever software and systems you already have. If you are a coaching client you already have access, so there is nothing to do.
Is the Vault everything you do?

No. The Vault is the free part. Behind it sits coaching, done for you marketing and ClinicOS for clinics that want us to do it with them or for them. If you would like to talk about any of that, book a free discovery call.
What if I need something that is not in there?

Tell us. New workbooks are added every month, and if there is a gap you can reply to any of our emails and let us know. If it is bigger than a workbook can fix, book a discovery call and we will look at it with you.
