Five Platforms
Every platform, and what each one is actually for.
They are not interchangeable. Each catches a patient at a different point, and running them together is what makes the numbers work. All five are managed for you on the Ignite and Scale plans, and we always start with the two that matter most for a clinic.
For the patient who has already decided they want the treatment and is choosing a clinic.
What we run
- Search campaigns on treatment and near me terms, so you appear the moment someone looks for what you offer
- Performance Max to extend reach across Search, Maps, YouTube and Display from one campaign
- Display remarketing to stay in front of people who visited but did not enquire
- Call and location extensions so a phone booking is one tap away on mobile
What we watch
- Negative keyword lists, because clinics quietly waste a fortune on searches like cheap, free, courses and jobs
- Search terms weekly, so budget follows the treatments that actually book
- Landing page match, so a filler ad never lands on a general homepage
- Conversion tracking through to the booked appointment, not the form fill
Highest intent, highest cost per click. This is usually the first platform we turn on, and the one that tells us fastest whether an offer has legs.
MPlatform Two
Meta, Facebook and Instagram
For the patient who was not looking for you today, but is exactly the right person to book next month.
What we run
- Feed, Reels and Stories placements, with creative cut to suit each one rather than one asset stretched across all three
- Lead form and click to site campaigns, tested against each other because the cheaper lead is not always the better one
- Retargeting to website visitors, video viewers and people who opened a lead form but never finished it
- Lookalike audiences built from your actual paying patients, not just page followers
What we watch
- Creative fatigue, because a Meta ad that worked in week two often stops working by week six
- Compliance, since aesthetic advertising rules are strict and a rejected account is an expensive mistake
- Frequency, so your local audience is not seeing the same ad ten times a week
- Lead quality by campaign, so we can tell a cheap lead from a real enquiry
The best platform for creating demand and for filling quieter weeks. Also the least forgiving of weak creative, which is why ours is produced in house rather than left to you.
For reach and awareness with a younger audience, at a cost per view nothing else comes close to.
What we run
- In feed video built to look native, because a polished commercial is scrolled past in half a second
- Spark Ads that put budget behind your own organic posts once one starts performing
- Treatment education content, which consistently outperforms straight offers on this platform
- Retargeting to viewers who watched most of a video but never clicked
What we watch
- Hook rate in the first three seconds, the single number that decides whether the ad works
- Creative volume, since TikTok burns through assets faster than any other platform
- Audience age, so spend stays with people who can actually book and pay
- Whether attention is turning into enquiries, not just views
Cheap attention, longer path to a booking. We usually add TikTok once Google and Meta are stable and there is creative worth scaling.
For trust. Video is where a nervous patient decides whether you are the person they want holding the needle.
What we run
- In stream ads before and during videos your local audience is already watching
- In feed and Shorts placements for lower cost reach and discovery
- Treatment explainers that answer the questions patients are too shy to ask in a consultation
- Retargeting to site visitors, so your face follows the people already considering you
What we watch
- View through rate, and whether people stay past the skip button
- Placement quality, so your clinic is not advertised beside content you would not want to be near
- Assisted conversions, because YouTube often gets the credit late
- How much raw footage we have, since this platform runs on it
The slowest to show a direct return and the strongest at making every other channel convert better. Worth running once you can film consistently.
For the business side of a clinic: referrers, corporate accounts, training places and hiring the practitioners everyone else is fighting over.
What we run
- Sponsored content targeted by job title, industry and company size rather than by suburb
- Lead gen forms that fill straight from the profile, which suits people enquiring from work
- Recruitment campaigns when you are hiring nurses, dermal clinicians or a practice manager
What we watch
- Cost per lead, which runs higher here and needs a higher value outcome behind it
- Whether the job titles coming through are the ones you actually wanted
- Message quality, because this audience spots marketing copy instantly
Not the platform for filling a skin consult diary. Worth running when the goal is corporate work, referral relationships, training places or attracting staff, and the one place a small budget can still land the right five people.
